Core Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils (using dishwashers and by hand).
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, walls, equipment, storage spaces, and workstations.
Stock and replenish serving stations with clean dishes, utensils, trays, napkins, and condiments.
Remove trash and recyclables; sweep, mop, and keep areas organized.
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating supplies or inventory.
Support servers and kitchen staff by ensuring equipment and service ware are ready.
Skills such as: Physical ability: Stand for long periods, work in hot, fast-paced environments.
Attention to detail and hygiene standards.
Reliability, teamwork, and basic organizational skills.
Customer service orientation.
