Core Responsibilities:
Operating production equipment: Running mixing tanks, blenders, pasteurizers, fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging machinery
Monitoring the production line: Watching gauges, digital control panels, and flow rates to keep the line running smoothly and catch issues early
Quality control: Pulling samples to check taste, carbonation, pH, Brix (sugar content), fill levels, and packaging integrity against spec sheets
Batching/mixing: Measuring and combining ingredients (syrups, water, flavorings, preservatives) according to recipes/formulas
Sanitation: Cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
