Core Responsibilities
Assisting patients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
Helping nurses and doctors with basic clinical procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of patients and their environment
Assisting with patient transfers (bed to wheelchair, etc.) using proper techniques
Observing and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
