Core Responsibilities:
Setup & operation: Configure machines according to specifications before production runs (calibrating settings, loading materials, adjusting speeds/pressures/temperatures)
Monitoring: Watch machine performance during operation to catch malfunctions, defects, or inefficiencies early
Quality control: Inspect finished products against specs; measure, weigh, or visually check output for defects
Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs; report bigger issues to maintenance teams.
