Guest assistance: Greeting guests/residents, answering questions, and providing information about the property, local area, and services
Reservations & bookings: Arranging restaurant reservations, transportation (taxis, car rentals, limousines), tickets for events, shows, or tours
Recommendations: Suggesting restaurants, attractions, activities, and local points of interest based on guest preferences
Problem-solving: Handling complaints, special requests, and unexpected issues (lost luggage, room changes, emergencies)
Mail & packages: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages (common in residential concierge roles)
