Core Responsibilities
Operating machines like bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, cranes, graders, loaders, forklifts, and dump trucks
Reading blueprints, grade stakes, or site plans to know where and how to dig, grade, or move material
Moving earth, materials, or equipment to specific locations on a job site
Performing routine inspections and basic maintenance (checking fluids, tires/tracks, hydraulics)
Following safety protocols and signals from ground crew or spotters
Coordinating with other crew members, supervisors, and equipment operators.
