Main responsibilities:
Greet guests, present menus, and explain specials or menu items
Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely, professional manner
Check in with guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction and handle requests
Process payments and handle cash/card transactions
Set up and clear tables, reset for the next guests
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders come out correctly and on time
Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergy concerns.
