Key Responsibilities:
Order fulfillment: Receive orders from the kitchen or order-taker and verify accuracy against the guest’s ticket
Tray/cart setup: Prepare trays or carts with proper table settings, condiments, and presentation standards
Delivery: Transport orders to guest rooms promptly, ensuring food stays at proper temperature
Guest interaction: Greet guests courteously, explain the order, and set up the meal in the room if requested
Billing: Present the check, process payment or obtain a signature, and handle any billing questions
Tray/cart retrieval: Collect used trays and dishes from hallways/rooms and return them to the kitchen or dishwashing area.
