Core responsibilities:
Preparing espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos), drip coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
Taking customer orders and handling cash/card transactions at the register
Following recipes and portion standards for consistency
Steaming and frothing milk, latte art (in many cafes)
