Job purpose:
Loads packaging materials such as bottles, cartons, sachets, caps, labels, shrink film, pouches, and pallets.
Changes machine settings when moving from one product size, format, or packaging material to another—known as a changeover.
Inspects finished packs for defects, including wrong labels, poor seals, damaged containers, incorrect weight, or faulty coding.
Carries out in-process quality checks and records the results on production documents or electronic systems.
Monitors machine output, downtime, waste, and line efficiency against daily production targets.
