Main duties:
Sets up, starts, operates, adjusts, and shuts down production-line machines, such as mixers, pasteurizers, fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
Measures, weighs, and loads raw materials or ingredients—such as water, sugar, concentrate, flavours, bottles, caps, labels, and cartons—according to the production formula or work order.
Monitors the production process to ensure the correct product is being mixed, filled, sealed, coded, labelled, and packed.
Checks product quality during production, including fill level, bottle condition, cap tightness, label position, appearance, taste or batch parameters where assigned, and date/batch coding.
