Take customer orders accurately, whether in person, at a register, or through mobile/online ordering systems
Handle cash and card transactions, operate the POS (point-of-sale) system
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
Restock supplies (cups, lids, syrups, milk, coffee beans, pastries)
Follow food safety and health regulations
Provide friendly, efficient customer service and handle complaints or special requests.
