Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop timelines, schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates
Team Leadership: Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers on-site
Coordination: Serve as liaison between architects, engineers, and clients; coordinate permits and inspections
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards
Problem-Solving: Address delays, equipment failures, and scope changes
Reporting: Maintain project records, prepare status reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
