Dishwasher

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Scraping, rinsing, sorting, and loading dirty dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans into commercial dishwashers (or washing by hand when needed, especially fragile or oversized items).
Unloading, drying, polishing, and storing clean items in the proper locations so they are ready for cooks and servers.
Maintaining the dishwashing area, kitchen work surfaces, and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
Emptying and cleaning trash/recycling receptacles, sweeping/mopping floors, and cleaning up spills or broken items.
Monitoring and replenishing detergents, sanitizers, and other supplies; reporting equipment or sanitation issues.
