Forklift Operator

Core Responsibilities

Loading/unloading: Moving pallets and materials on and off delivery trucks, shelves, and storage racks
Inventory movement: Transporting goods between different areas of a warehouse or production floor
Stacking/storage: Placing materials in designated storage locations, often at height, in an organized manner
Order fulfillment: Pulling items for shipments based on picking lists or orders
Equipment inspection: Performing pre-shift checks on the forklift (brakes, tires, forks, hydraulics, warning lights/horn) and reporting issues.
