Core Responsibilities:
Preventive maintenance – Scheduling and performing regular inspections, lubrication, calibration, and part replacement to prevent breakdowns
Reactive/corrective maintenance – Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures quickly to minimize downtime
Troubleshooting – Identifying root causes of mechanical, electrical, or system faults
Installation and commissioning – Setting up new machinery or systems and ensuring they run correctly
Records and documentation – Logging maintenance history, repairs, parts used, and downtime for compliance and planning
Spare parts management – Ordering, tracking, and maintaining inventory of critical components.
