Room Service Attendant

Order fulfillment: Receiving room service orders (usually via phone, app, or from kitchen staff), verifying accuracy, and assembling trays or carts with the correct food, drinks, condiments, and utensils
Delivery: Transporting orders promptly to guest rooms while following hotel timing standards, using service carts/trolleys or trays
Setup and presentation: Setting up meals in the room attractively, explaining dishes if needed, and ensuring proper table/tray presentation
Guest interaction: Greeting guests professionally, answering questions about the menu, handling special requests (dietary needs, extra items), and processing payment or billing
Order tracking: Confirming delivery, noting any special instructions, and coordinating with kitchen and front desk staff.
