Key Responsibilities:
Present menus, explain dishes, specials, and daily offers
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, etc.
Handle special requests (allergies, substitutions, dietary needs)
Process payments, split bills, handle cash/card transactions
Clear and reset tables between guests
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
Upsell menu items (specials, desserts, drinks) when appropriate.
