Personal care / Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting with bathing/showering, dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, oral hygiene, and mobility/transfers (e.g., bed to chair, using walkers or wheelchairs).
Meal preparation and nutrition: Planning, shopping for, preparing, and sometimes feeding meals that follow dietary restrictions or preferences; monitoring intake and hydration.
Light housekeeping: Laundry, dishwashing, vacuuming, tidying living spaces, and basic safety checks (e.g., clearing trip hazards).
Medication support: Providing reminders or (with proper training/authorization) assistance with taking prescribed medications; monitoring for side effects and reporting issues.
