Key Responsibilities
Daily site management: Coordinate contractors, workers, deliveries, and work sequencing.
Quality control: Verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with project requirements.
Safety oversight: Enforce HSE/safety rules (PPE, toolbox talks, permit-to-work, incident reporting).
Progress monitoring: Track project progress vs. schedule; report delays and corrective actions.
Site inspections: Conduct inspections of completed work and ensure adherence to drawings/standards.
Document control: Maintain site logs, daily reports, inspection checklists, and as-built notes.
Coordination & communication:Liaise with engineers, architects, clients, and subcontractors
Handle site instructions, clarifications, and issue resolution.
