Main Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using industrial dishwashing machines
Sort and stack clean items properly for storage or immediate reuse
Pre-rinse or scrape food debris from dishes before washing
Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently
Keep the dishwashing station, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized
Take out trash and recycling regularly
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, especially in the dish pit area.
