Core Duties and Responsibilities

Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to plan layouts and installations.
Installing and connecting wiring, conduit, circuit breakers, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, transformers, and control systems.
Inspecting electrical components for safety and proper function.
Troubleshooting problems using testing devices (multimeters, voltmeters, ammeters, thermal scanners, cable testers).
Repairing or replacing faulty wiring, equipment, or fixtures with hand and power tools.
Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring compliance with building and safety codes.
