Cleaning and preparing guest rooms: Making beds and changing linens/sheets; vacuuming carpets; sweeping/mopping floors; dusting and polishing furniture; wiping surfaces (including high-touch items like remotes and phones); cleaning windows/mirrors; and thoroughly sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, fixtures).
Restocking supplies: Replacing used towels; replenishing toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), stationery, coffee/tea, and other amenities; restocking minibar items
Waste and laundry handling: Emptying trash cans and replacing liners; stripping soiled linens/towels and removing used items; handling lost-and-found items according to property procedures.
