Core Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or safety hazards
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
Install, calibrate, and maintain machinery or building systems
Keep maintenance logs and records of repairs/parts used
Order and manage spare parts and supplies.
