Dishwasher

Scraping, sorting, rinsing, and loading dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans into commercial dishwashers (or washing by hand when needed, especially delicate items or large cookware).
Unloading clean items, drying/polishing as required, and storing them properly so they are ready for service.
Maintaining the dish area and kitchen: cleaning floors, wiping surfaces, emptying and sanitizing trash/recycling, handling spills or broken items.
Cleaning and sanitizing small appliances, cutting boards, utensils, and other equipment.
Monitoring dishwasher chemicals, water temperature, and machine performance; reporting issues.
Assisting with related tasks such as restocking supplies, unloading deliveries, basic food prep help, or supporting other kitchen staff during busy periods.
