Key Responsibilities:
Operate cranes (tower, mobile, overhead/bridge, crawler, etc.) to lift and move loads according to work orders
Inspect crane and rigging equipment before, during, and after operation
Follow load charts to ensure loads stay within crane capacity
Communicate with signal persons, riggers, and ground crew using hand signals or radio
Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
Maintain accurate logs of crane usage, inspections, and maintenance
Follow strict safety protocols and site-specific procedures.
