Key Responsibilities:
Reading Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Welding Operations: Use various techniques (MIG, TIG, arc, gas welding) to join, repair, or cut metal structures
Quality Inspection: Examine welds for defects and ensure compliance with standards
Equipment Maintenance: Keep welding machines and tools in proper working condition
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate protective gear
Setup & Preparation: Configure welding equipment and components for work
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completed work
Collaboration: Work with other tradespeople, supervisors, and engineers.
