Core responsibilities:
Lead onsite construction activities and supervise site personnel and subcontractors.
Develop, maintain, and drive the project schedule (lookahead, critical path updates).
Manage project budget: track costs, process invoices, control change orders, forecast cost-to-complete.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety programs; lead toolbox talks and incident investigations.
Enforce quality control and acceptance criteria; manage inspections and punch-lists.
Coordinate procurement and material deliveries to align with schedule.
Obtain/maintain permits and coordinate inspections with authorities having jurisdiction.
