Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance: Inspect and maintain machinery, equipment, and electrical systems to ensure optimal functioning and minimize unscheduled downtime.
Repairs: Diagnose breakdown problems and fix mechanical, electrical, and system faults in production and facility equipment.
Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring all equipment adheres to manufacturer and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and reliability.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and safety teams to address issues and support facility operations.
