Key Responsibilities:
Well Performance & Optimization: Monitor daily production rates, analyse well performance using nodal analysis, pressure transient analysis, and production logging. Design and optimize artificial lift systems – ESP, Gas Lift, SRP.
Completion & Workover Design: Design well completions, sand control, perforation strategies, and supervise well interventions, workovers, and well stimulation jobs (acidizing, fracturing).
Production System Management: Manage surface and subsurface production facilities, flowlines, manifolds, and separation systems. Ensure flow assurance and optimize choke settings.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose production problems like water cut increase, sand production, scale, wax, corrosion, and hydrate formation and propose corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent, Production optimization, nodal analysis software (PROSPER, PIPESIM), well modelling, artificial lift design, process simulation
Analytical: Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making under pressure, excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work in field/rig environment.
