Review patients’ medical history, referrals, and diagnostic reports.
Assess movement, strength, mobility, balance, posture, and functional limitations through observation, tests, and patient interviews.
Diagnose movement-related problems and develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals.
Provide hands-on therapy (manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft-tissue techniques), therapeutic exercises, stretching, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction) where appropriate.
Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercises, body mechanics, and self-management.
Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes.
