Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision: Schedule, train, and supervise laundry attendants and support staff; assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Production Oversight: Ensure linens, uniforms, and other items are washed, dried, folded, and sorted efficiently and on schedule
Quality Control: Inspect finished laundry for cleanliness, damage, and proper handling; address stains, tears, or contamination issues
Inventory Management: Track linen/uniform stock levels, order supplies (detergents, chemicals), and manage par levels to avoid shortages
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor washers, dryers, presses, and folding machines; coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with engineering/facilities.
