Project Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

Maintain project schedules, track milestones, update Gantt charts and calendars.
Monitor task progress and follow up with team members to remove blockers.
Prepare, distribute and maintain project documentation (status reports, meeting minutes, risk & issue logs, change requests).
Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and stakeholder briefings; prepare agendas and notes.
Support budget tracking and procurement activities: log expenses, track invoices, flag variances.
Maintain and update project tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.).
Manage risk and issue logs; escalate unresolved items to the project manager.
Liaise with vendors, contractors and internal teams to coordinate deliverables.
Ensure compliance with project governance, quality controls and document versioning.

Qualification/required skills:

High school Diploma or equivalent, Time management and prioritization.
Clear stakeholder communication and facilitation.
Problem solving and escalation judgment.
Accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability in fast-changing environments.
