Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize assigned rooms/areas (e.g., floors, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, hallways).
Change linens and make beds according to standard procedures.
Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard floors, and dust surfaces.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, mirrors).
Restock consumables such as toiletries, paper towels, soap, and cleaning supplies.
Remove trash and replace liners.
Report maintenance needs (damaged fixtures, leaks, broken items, pests).
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Good communication and customer service skills (especially in hotels).
Ability to follow instructions and cleaning protocols.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safe chemical handling.
Reliability and punctuality.
