Construction Manager

Core responsibilities:

Budgeting and cost control: prepare estimates, monitor costs, manage change orders, and report cost forecasts.
Site supervision: oversee daily site activities, inspect work for quality and code compliance.
Subcontractor and supplier management: select, negotiate, coordinate, and evaluate subcontractors and suppliers.
Safety and compliance: enforce safety programs (OSHA/local regs), conduct toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
Quality assurance: implement QA/QC plans, review submittals, manage inspections and punch lists.

Required qualifications &  skills

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience,  software (MS Project, Primavera), construction management platforms (Procore, PlanGrid), estimating tools, strong Excel skills, familiarity with BIM/Bluebeam a plus.
Certifications (preferred): OSHA 30, PMP or CCM, LEED AP (for sustainable projects), First Aid/CPR, trade certifications (NCCER, etc).
