Core responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Troubleshoot failures, diagnose root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
Design and recommend modifications or upgrades to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, spare-parts inventories, and maintenance logs (CMMS).
Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, contractors, and safety teams.
Required qualifications & skills
High school Diploma or equivalent, Preventive/predictive maintenance mindset and planning ability.
Mechanical dexterity and safe working practices.
Analytical skills for root-cause analysis and reliability improvement.
Effective communicator; works cross-functionally; supervisory skills for senior roles.
Time-management, prioritization, and cost-awareness.
