Job summary:
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment; maintaining dish room and back-of-house cleanliness; supporting kitchen staff by restocking supplies and assisting with basic food prep as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist cooks and prep staff with simple tasks (peeling, chopping, basic prep) during slow periods or when requested.
Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisor.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
