Core responsibilities:
Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, standards and quality control procedures.
Coordinate deliveries, materials storage, and site logistics.
Inspect completed work, compile punch lists and manage corrective actions.
Liaise with project manager, engineers, clients, inspectors and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate site records: daily reports, timesheets, incident reports, RFI logs, material logs.
Manage small-scale site budgeting and cost control (labour, materials, plant usage).
Train and mentor site personnel; resolve on-site disputes and operational issues.
Required qualifications & skills
Diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, building technology, or relevant trade, Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Problem solving and decision-making under pressure.
Attention to quality and detail.
Time and resource management.
Basic numeracy for measuring, checking quantities and simple cost controls.
