Job Purpose
Perform basic troubleshooting (and escalate complex issues).
Check product quality using measurements, visual inspections, and checklists.
Record production data (counts, downtime, defects, scrap, batch/lot info).
Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping (5S practices).
Follow safety procedures (PPE, lockout/tagout if required, incident reporting).
Changeover/support production runs, including handling materials and setups.
Coordinate with supervisors/maintenance/quality to resolve issues quickly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant experience in manufacturing/production (entry-level may accept training).
Ability to follow SOPs, read work instructions, and complete logs.
Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude helpful (especially for machine operation).
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
Ability to work shifts and perform repetitive/manual tasks.
