Key Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
Handle guest payments (cash, card, or POS systems) and process receipts
Clear tables and ensure areas stay clean and organized
Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for order timing and special requests
Manage special requests (allergies, dietary needs, celebrations)
Follow restaurant policies on food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Required Skills such as: Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail (accurate orders and billing)
Ability to work under pressure and manage busy shifts
Teamwork with kitchen, bar, and other servers
Basic math skills for tips, totals, and change.
