Main Purpose:
Perform basic quality checks (defects, measurements, labeling accuracy)
Pack products into boxes/bags and prepare them for shipping
Follow safety procedures and company SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Maintain cleanliness of work area and proper handling of materials
Record production/quality data (log sheets, digital scans, checklists)
Load/unload materials and move items using carts, forklifts (if certified), or pallets
Report issues (machine faults, product defects, missing parts) to supervisors.
Required Skills includes; Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Physical stamina (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
Basic math and reading ability (counts, measurements, labels)
Teamwork and communication on the production floor
Ability to work in shifts (days/nights/weekends)
