Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Familiarity with quality control basics (defect identification, documentation)
Good attention to detail and math/measuring skills (for gauges, weights, counts)
Comfortable with shift work (nights/weekends) and standing for long periods
Teamwork and communication skills.
