Main duties:
Set up and inspect drilling rigs and tools before work begins
Operate drilling machinery to reach target depths and locations
Monitor drilling conditions such as pressure, depth, and rock type
Adjust equipment settings based on site conditions and drilling plans
Record drill logs, sample data, and operational details
Maintain safety procedures and ensure crew compliance with site rules
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other crew members.
