Main responsibilities:
Help patients with washing, dressing, mobility, and eating
Take basic observations such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight
Prepare treatment areas and equipment
Assist with patient transfers and repositioning
Record patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
Support with appointments, admissions, and discharge procedures
Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
