Typical job details:
Operates packaging machines such as fillers, sealers, labelers, wrappers, cartoners, and palletizers
Loads raw materials, film, labels, cartons, and containers
Starts, stops, adjusts, and troubleshoots equipment to maintain production speed and quality
Inspects product output for defects, labeling issues, seal integrity, weight accuracy, and packaging consistency
Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checks, and safety regulations
Records production data such as output, downtime, defects, and material usage
Performs basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on packaging lines
Monitors machine performance and communicates issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
