Primary responsibilities:
Assess children’s health and monitor vital signs
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments
Provide wound care, vaccinations, and health screenings
Educate parents and caregivers about care, medications, and recovery
Support children through procedures and help ease anxiety
Work with pediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare providers
Monitor growth, developmental milestones, and chronic conditions.
