Lead warm-ups, breathing exercises, posture sequences, and relaxation/meditation segments
Modify poses for different fitness levels, injuries, or mobility limitations
Create safe, engaging class plans that match the needs of the group
Explain yoga principles and encourage mindful movement
Maintain a calm, welcoming, and motivating environment
Monitor student form and provide corrections without being overly intense.
