Bartender

Mix, garnish and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
Take orders, make recommendations, and interact with guests to deliver positive service.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse service when required.
Operate POS/register, ring up sales, accept payments, and balance cash drawer.
Maintain bar stock: monitor inventory, restock supplies, rotate perishable items, and place orders as needed.
Clean and sanitize bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment; follow sanitation procedures.

Required skills & competencies;

Knowledge of common cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Speed and accuracy in drink preparation.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Cash handling and basic math skills.
Multitasking and time management under pressure.
Ability to read recipes and follow standardized procedures.
