Porter

Greet guests on arrival and departure with a warm, professional manner.
Assist with luggage: load/unload vehicles, transport to/from guest rooms, store luggage securely.
Escort guests to rooms and provide a brief orientation (features, elevator, breakfast location).
Deliver items to guest rooms (amenities, messages, packages) promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and order of lobby, entryways, luggage storage, and service areas.
Run small errands for guests and the front office (e.g., taxi/transport arrangements, courier drop-offs).
Manage lost & found items and complete associated documentation.

Required skills & attributes;

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; friendly and composed.
Good verbal communication and basic numeracy.
Physical stamina and ability to lift/move  luggage safely
Attention to detail (room numbers, guest requests, lost & found).
Teamwork and ability to follow directions under busy, time-sensitive conditions.
Time management and professional appearance.
