Barista

Core responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and take accurate orders.
Prepare espresso-based drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino, americano) and other beverages according to recipes/standards.
Operate and maintain espresso machine, grinders, and other beverage equipment; perform routine calibration and cleaning.
Steam milk to correct texture/temperature and create basic latte art when required.
Prepare and serve food items (sandwiches, pastries) and follow food safety protocols.
Handle cash, card, and mobile payments; balance register and perform basic opening/closing cash procedures.

Preferred qualifications & skills includes: High school Diploma or equivalent,  Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work quickly, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
Attention to detail and consistency in drink quality.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Basic numeracy for cash handling and orders.
